Due to the customized and gift nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a refund, replacement, or store credit when appropriate.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Minor variations in handmade or customized products
